Abstract submission

Submission requirements

A poster session is planned. Authors will be asked to indicate whether, if accepted, they would like to present as a poster or not.

Abstracts can be written in French or English. They should not exceed two pages in length (A4 pages) with 2,5 cm margins on all sides, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, including references, tables and figures.

Submission number per person is limited to one single-authored abstract and one co-authored abstract.

Abstracts for the workshop on June 30 should be submitted under the thematic session “Current issues in Amazigh phonology”. 

The submission must not reveal the identity of the author(s) in any way. All abstracts will be reviewed by at least two referees. 

Submission steps 

Anonymous PDF abstracts should be submitted at the following link. You will need to login or sign up to submit your abstract. To sign up, use the "create an account" box on the right side. After creating your account, return to the main page to login. Then follow these steps:

1. Select ‘My submissions’ 

2. Choose ‘Submit an abstract’ 

3. Enter a title and select the type of presentation, then click on ‘Next step’ 

4. Include your academic affiliation, add coauthors if any, then click on ‘Next step’ 

5. Upload your abstract and add any supplementary material, if necessary, then click on ‘Next step’

6. Click ‘Submit’. You will see a message saying "Your submission has been saved"

Important dates

Deadline for submission: February 15^th, 2025   February 28th, 2025

Notification of acceptance: April 1^st, 2025

Conference: July 1-3, 2025
